While managing global networks for Universal Studios, I taught myself how to create some of the first websites to promote TV shows by Steven Spielberg and others. Conceived & developed the 1st online guide for live streaming concerts worldwide
Launched as iRocke and renamed LiveList, this service became an instant hit with hard-core live music fans, artists, and critics. Exciting times and dizzying courtships with the powers in music followed. But alas, no brass ring was captured in the end. One positively awesome outcome of this venture: My co-founders Allen Sanford and Rob Lissner teamed up with our board advisor Jim Lindberg of Pennywise to create the much loved BeachLife Festival in Redondo Beach. Bravo!

Tech Concierge55 is the best tech support service I have ever experienced. I’ve tried Apple, Microsoft, Geek Squad, and a few less than ideal local tech support services. I highly recommend Tech Concierge55 to anyone who feels stressed by tech more than they would like.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel or pause my service plan at any time?
YES! You may cancel or pause your service plan at any time simply by not paying your next monthly plan fee. Membership fees are not refundable. However, any unused hours in your account may be used for any service up to 30 days. You may restart your service plan by paying then current membership fees and requesting services at member rates. Or, if you need help just one more time you may request Hourly Services.
Cool with that?
What happens if I don’t like the service after signing up?
You may cancel your monthly service plan at any time. Cancelation is effective at the end of the month your cancellation notice is received. No refunds will be issued for any monthly plan fees paid or any unused hours remaining on your plan. You may continue to request service until the end of your plan term.
What hours do you provide services?
Standard Services are provided 8am-8pm PT, Monday to Saturday. Response time is typically under 30 minutes.
Emergency Services are provided 6am-11pm PT daily, as-available. Service Plan Members priority over Hourly Service Members.
Do unused Service plan hours rollover over to the next month?
Sorry, not at this time. I am exploring the possibility of offering Annual Plans that do rollover hours every month. I love the idea of you going on a family vacation to a tropical island and not needing me for 2 months, then coming back and using those unused hours for something amazing. Perhaps a cool vacation video to share with family and friends.
